Topic: It’s time to innovate: tips for testing ideas and giving your company a creativity-boost!
In an era of rapid technological change, the ability to innovate will keep you ahead of the competition. Navigating this challenging environment also calls for a fresh leadership approach to make sure that creativity reaches all levels of your organisation. Design Thinking, a cornerstone course of RMIT’S MBA program, introduces students to the most important tools to embed innovation in your work and personal life. In this workshop we will also explore how giants like Netflix and Airbnb have utilised prototyping and innovative strategies for success.
