01.  Main activities 

  • Explore our 18 programs at the School of Business & Management, School of Communication & Design and School of Science & Technology. 

  • Learn more about RMIT’s work-integrated learning approach and flexible study options. 

  • Discover the scholarships on offer in 2021 and get some tips from past scholarship winners about how to make an impressive application. 

  • Have one-on-one consultations about how to join an undergraduate program in the February intake.  

Special offers  on the day 

  • The application fee will be waived, representing a saving of 2 million VND (conditions apply).  

  • The fee for the English placement test will be waived (for grade 12 students only).  

  • Those who make a deposit will receive a special RMIT gift set.

The scholarships include:

  • Vice-Chancellor's Scholars (worth 100% of the tuition fee) 

  • Academic Achievement Scholarship (worth 25-50% of the tuition fee) 

  • Program scholarships (worth 50% of the tuition fee) 

  • Opportunity Scholarships (worth 100% of the tuition fee) 

The event is restricted for Grade 12 students and parents only to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Creative writing: Creativity from constraint

10 - 11am

Discover how to break free of constraints in order to unleash your creativity and write more freely. Use your imagination to produce original ideas! 

Lecturer:

Dr  Emma Duester

  • Lecturer, Bachelor of Communication (Professional Communication). 

  • Former lecturer, Roehampton University, University of the Arts London, University of London. 

The hidden message in advertising

3 - 4pm

Gain insights into the study of signs and symbols, and how the meanings of images can be interpreted in different contexts. Change the way you see and interpret advertisements! 

Lecturer:

Linda Nguyen

  • Associate Lecturer, Bachelor of Communication (Professional Communication). 

  • 10 years of industry and teaching experience in the fields of marketing and communication in Australia and Vietnam.

  • Former president of RMIT Business Club and program tutor at RMIT Student Academic Success (SAS).
